Our team was assigned to undertake a significant re-cladding project for the Elm building situated in Southbank Dorcas St. The project involved re-cladding a total area of approximately 2400 sqm using rope access techniques.
Our expert team worked tirelessly to ensure the demolition of old panels, framing, and insulation was executed with precision and efficiency. Furthermore, we ensured the safe and secure installation of new panels, ensuring that all necessary safety protocols were followed. It was a challenging but ultimately rewarding project, and we are proud of the result we achieved for the Elm building.
